How do I put on the cream?
Use a small amount and apply thinly on the areas of concern or bruising. Apply up to 3 times a day on clean skin.
How long do I have to use the creams?
It varies from person to person and the location as well as the severity of the bruising. You can use it for 3 days up to a month, depending on your healing capacity. Once you see it completely healed, you can stop.
Can I use moisturizer or makeup after?
If I forget to put the creams on before I put on makeup, what should I do?
The lip cream sometimes become grainy. Is it safe to use?
The lip cream is liquefied and oily. What can I do?
Can I use the creams on other bruising spots on my body?
Can the eye cream replace the face cream for bruising on face (other than eye)?
Can I use the cream for daily use even if I don’t have bruises?
Yes, the creams are formulated for daily use safely even with no bruising on skin. In fact, many people use it as their daily cream.
Can I apply directly to open wounds like cuts and bleeding spots?
No, you must wait for the wounds to clot and close. This may take seconds or minutes. Once the wound is closed and cleaned, you can apply as directed.
Can I use the creams for post-surgery recovery like incision areas, inflammation and bruising?
Yes, it can be safely used in the areas once wounds are closed and healing (usually in a few days).
Can I use for sports injury?
It can be used on any bruising area to help heal.
I can’t seem to be able to buy the products on this website, what can I do?
You can reorder from the clinic you got these products or get a code from them to use to order from here.
Can I store the creams for use later?
Yes, once opened the ingredients stay active for a year or more if stored in the fridge.
Are all the ingredients proven to work?
Yes, every ingredient we have numerous studies in medical journals for their efficacy.
Can I add my serum or moisturizer to the cream before application?
No, the addition of other creams/serums will dilute the effects of the creams. Use the DISCREET cream first, let dry, then apply your moisturizer/serum after 5 minutes.
How do the ingredients help with bruising?
The herbs arnica and calendula reduce bruising while vitamins C and E help tissue recovery. Other ingredients moisturize the skin and serve as a protective barrier.
Will any of the ingredients helps with wrinkles?
Although not designed for wrinkles specifically. there are some ingredients that will help with reducing wrinkles like vitamin C and caffeine.
Do the DISCREET creams have sun protection ingredients?
No, the creams are designed to treat bruising. You will need to wear your own sunscreen for protection over our creams.
I have some leftover unused cream. What should I do with them?
You can store them in the fridge chiller (the egg or butter section) in a sealed container or plastic bag (eg. Zip-lock) for reuse after your next appointment. Ideal to wipe clean all surfaces with antiseptic wipes before storing (up to 6 months safely). On reuse, check to see that lotions are still white (or clear as in the lip product) and smooth with no odor (a sign of contamination). If so, please discard it.
Why do these creams cost more than my regular creams?
The funding for the research, formulation, and testing of these creams to ensure their safety and efficacy was high. We felt it was important to ensure that all steps were critical with no corners cut. This is reflected in the pricing, which compared to high-end cosmetics (with no anti-bruising capacity) is very fair indeed.

Can the creams get contaminated?
All our creams are sterile when they leave the lab. During use, do not contaminate the opening with blood or dirt. Keep cap on after use. There are natural antiseptic ingredients inside to prevent bacterial or mold growth.
My health care professional isn’t sure if the products are safe. What can I do?
In the safety section of this website, there are links to the safety tests on all our product line from an independent lab that show that the DISCREET products are safe to use.
I think I have a reaction to the cream, what should I do?
Stop use immediately, wipe off the product, and wash the area. Take an antihistamine if you have one. If severe rash and breathing difficulties (rarely a reaction to arnica or related herbs), go to emergency with the product.
How do I know I might have an allergy to the products?
If you had any reaction to herbs or teas, test a small area on the forearm first. Look for itchiness, redness, and rash after 5-10 min. If there is none, it is safe to use.
Are there prescription medicine in the ingredients?
No, all the ingredients are natural and safe.
My dog licked my face with the cream on, will they be, ok?
Yes, it is non-toxic.
My pet ingested some of the products, is it safe for them?
Yes, it is safe for them, though they might get a mild tummy upset.
Can I use the creams on babies and children for their bruising?
Yes, the creams are safe for them. Do note that if anyone has had reactions to herbs, be mindful and test small areas first.
If I accidentally ingest some of the creams, will I be, ok?
Yes, all our creams are non-toxic and passed all safety tests.
Do I need to use clean hands or cotton swabs to apply the creams?
Yes, it is best not to introduce bacteria from dirty fingers to wound areas. Washing hands before using it’s best. If not possible to wash, use a clean cotton swab. Do not contaminate the opening.
